I build my own photo editor that allows me to resize an image online in pixels with no fuss and no hassle. I created a button to do this and save my image. When I want to use my image in the exact same size it goes as a live image, and I can just resize it in Pixels. You can also resize an image online and save it as a web page.

Online picture resizing in pixels
Choose a photo from your computer or phone, enter the required size in pixels, and then click the OK button at the bottom of this page. All other options are already enabled by default. You may also qualitatively increase tiny images or adjust their size in inches or centimeters (for printing) | megapixels | percentage | megabytes (compress).
It is possible to supply only one side for resizing while retaining the aspect ratio, for example, simply the "Width" of the picture and the "Height" parameter can be specified as empty. As a result, the second empty parameter is automatically set to the required value.
To create a square image, specify the same width and height in pixels, for example, 1080x1080 (this dimension is used on the website Instagram.com), and choose "Cropping of extra edges..." as the kind of resizing in the options.
You may also resize and crop wallpaper to fit the size of your desktop. Enter the width and height of your display in pixels 1366 x 768 and choose "Cropping of extra edges" as the resizing type.
The original image remains unchanged. You will be provided a different processed image as well as its size in pixels and megabytes before and after resizing.

The original image is unaltered. Before and after resizing, you will be given a different processed image as well as its size in pixels and megabytes.
